Several national projects such as All India Co-ordinated Research Project (AICRP) on palms- Involuntary Centre for cocoa under which trainings and seminars are given for cultivation practices and post harvest management in cocoa, DST SERB (Science and Engineering Research Board) project for molecular characterization of available cocoa germplasms, SERB project for standardization of primary processing of cocoa and establishment of model processing unit of cocoa coming under Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojna (RKVY) Project are some of the active and ongoing projects taken up by the Centre for collaborate at national level.
